Hi! My name is Emily, I have a bubbly easy-going personality that helps my couples feel at ease and their vendors too! Making people smile and laugh is my main priority leading up to and on their wedding day. I also LOVE to dance, even if it's not the best, so watch out!! I am married to the love of my life whom I have known since kindergarten & have two amazing kiddos.
In 2019 I found my passion for coordinating weddings. I have seen how much work and stress goes into these moments, having gone through it myself and helping my family with theirs as well. I have found different ways and techniques to help guide my couples to make their special day one they don't ever want to forget. I am here to make your day stress-free and seamless so all you have to worry about is saying I DO!
The Short Details of What I Do...
You Plan and I Coordinate!
I have two Wedding Coordination Packages to choose from that are perfect for you! My Hearts package (3mths Coordination + 5hr assistant) starts at $1,200, and my Golden Package (Full Coordination Package + a 10hr assistant) starts at $1,600.
We would have 1-2 in-person meetings to discuss your vision, colors, the vendors you have hired, and whom you need to hire. (If you need help finding certain vendors I can point you in the direction of some pretty amazing vendors.) Our final meeting consists of finalizing all the details of your wedding.
Once you have hired all your vendors, you will send me all their information. About a month from your date I get to work and start working with your vendors and the timeline.
I coordinate your timeline, on when your vendors need to arrive, where they need to be, and how your day will proceed.
The day before or the day of your wedding we get the wedding party together for your rehearsal. I will help guide them so that you don't have to so that you can breathe easier and enjoy this incredible moment. I am here to make sure your Ceremony and Reception run smoothly and on time!
